Donald graduated from Adelaide University in 2002, with degrees in Finance and Law. Before joining Wearing & Blairs in April 2016, Donald had over 13 years’ experience as an industrial lawyer, working for a large union.
Donald has represented employees in a range of State and Federal courts and tribunals, and he has substantial experience negotiating with large employers. He specialises in workers compensation and industrial disputes, such as underpayment claims and unfair dismissals.
Donald is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and serves as the Co-Chair of its Industrial Relations Committee. He is also the Presiding Member of the Return to Work Minister’s Advisory Committee and an active member of the Society of Labour Lawyers (SA) Inc.
Since 2018, Doyle’s Guide has recognised Donald as a leader in both employment and workers compensation law in South Australia.
