Kaeli graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws, achieving First Class Honours. She was admitted to practice in the same year.

Before her admission, Kaeli worked within the union movement, providing advice and representation to workers across various industries, with a particular focus on supporting vulnerable young workers.

Kaeli joined Wearing & Blairs in 2018 and has since become an invaluable asset to the firm. She is deeply passionate about protecting and advancing employees’ rights and entitlements. Kaeli provides expert advice on a broad range of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, general protections, underpayment claims, discrimination and harassment claims, anti-bullying applications, and workers’ compensation matters.

Kaeli is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Society of Labour Lawyers (SA).

Kaeli has been recognised by Doyles Guide since 2022.
